Weight Loss is the downsizing of the body weight from a higher mass to a lower mass. It could be brought about by three factors like dieting, rigorous activity like exercising, and medical condition or illness wherein there’s a mass loss in weight. Some medical conditions require people to lose some weight in order to prevent it from worsening like diabetes and cardio vascular disease.
Weight loss is also common among women in order for them to look good and feel good. However in general, losing weight is not only recommended in relation to the person’s height and age. Instead, it is also needed since it is medically beneficial to the body.
